Neville Prendergast
Managing Director/Consultant (Canterbury)
After gaining more than 12 years extensive experience in the New Zealand grain and seed industry, 2006 saw Neville seize the opportunity to utilise his knowledge and skills within the dairy industry through the formation of Dairy Business Centre (NZ) Limited. His vast background within the agricultural sector has seen him acquire a broad knowledge of New Zealand dairy systems including financial budgeting, production management, supplementary feeding and pasture utilisation.
Another particular area of interest to Neville is the ongoing education of dairy farmers, farm managers and dairy staff in the benefits of effective nutrition and feeding strategies and the positive, sustainable results that can be achieved through an improved understanding of effective feed conversion.

Rensinus Schipper
Ruminant Nutrition Consultant (Canterbury / Westland / Marlborough / North Island)
Being born and raised on a dairy farm in the Netherlands has provided Rensinus (Renny) with a broad overview of both European and New Zealand dairy farming systems. After completing 12 years of agriculture based education through to university level, Renny relocated to New Zealand in late 2007 to take up a position as Ruminant Nutrition Consultant for Dairy Business Centre (NZ) Limited.
These past 4 years has seen Renny further expand his focus in the areas of ruminant nutrition, animal health and production management, which has lead to him being recognised throughout New Zealand as a leading authority in these fields.
His extensive overall knowledge of animal health and dairy systems allows Renny to provide his clients with the vital planning advice and information they need to ensure their long-term future within the dairy industry.

Matias Cassineri
Ruminant Nutrition Consultant (Southland)
With a passion for cows and the dairy industry dating back more than 12 years, Matias joined Dairy Business Centre (NZ) Limited as a Ruminant Nutrition Consultant in May 2011.
Hailing originally from Argentina, and following the completion of a Veterinary Science degree, Matias relocated to New Zealand with his family in 2003 in order to gain a broader knowledge of the dairy industry.
His 8 years in New Zealand has seen Matias gain a strong background in all aspects of dairy farming and animal health, with extensive hands-on experience in positions ranging from herd and farm management through to both share and contract milking. This practical experience, combined with his broad knowledge of ruminant nutrition, has provided Matias with a sound understanding of the needs of New Zealand dairy farmers and allows him to offer his clients comprehensive and practical advice which will see them achieve positive and measurable results.

Andrew Trounce
Associate Consultant (Canterbury / Marlborough)
With a family background in dairy farming, and having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture) degree majoring in Agricultural Management and Rural Valuation, Andrew joined the Dairy Business Centre (NZ) Limited consultancy team in November 2010.
In addition to his keen interest in pedigree dairy farming, Andrew is also a member of the New Zealand Holstein Friesian Association, has recently been appointed to the Holstein Friesian NZ Black & White Youth Committee for 2012/13 and has competed in national judging competitions.
Andrew is currently expanding his knowledge in the field of ruminant nutrition and is excited to be working within such a progressive industry and assisting clients in reaching their long-term business goals.
